When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days, will be delivered the same day to select locations in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. You’ll need to pay an additional AED 18 to enjoy Same Day Delivery.
Orders placed before 3:30 PM from Saturday to Thursday will be delivered the next business day, while orders placed after 3:30 PM (and all day Friday) will be delivered in 2-3 business days.
Delivery will take a little longer if it is to one of these areas.
Your delivery details will be displayed on your checkout page as you shop.

What if I am not at home when my order arrives?
If you are not at home, our delivery partner will call you to schedule a day and time that is convenient for you.
If you miss this delivery, they will make two more attempts.
If you’re still unavailable to receive your order after the third attempt, it’ll be returned to us. Call us on 800-MAXUAE (800-629823) within two working days of the third attempt and we’ll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.

Will I be charged for delivery?
Delivery is free on orders of AED 99 and above. If your total order value is less than AED 99, you will be charged AED 10 for delivery.
If you opt for Same Day Delivery, which is available to select locations in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, you will be charged an extra AED 18.
There will also be an additional service charge of AED 5 on all Cash on Delivery orders.
Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

Why can I not see the ShukranExpress logo on the website and app?
The ShukranExpress program is launched only in limited areas for now. Please ensure you have selected the correct delivery location on the Home Page or Listing Page. If products are available for faster delivery in your selected city and area, they will have a ShukranExpress badge next to them.

I want to order multiple products, where some products have the ShukranExpress logo and some do not. How will my deliveries be scheduled?
Your order will be delivered in multiple shipments. Products under ShukranExpress will be delivered the same day or next day, and the rest of your products will be delivered according to our standard shipping timelines.

The ShukranExpress products show the estimated delivery date as the next day. Why are they not available for same-day delivery?
Our courier partners need some time to deliver orders and they prioritize orders placed earlier in the day. If you order products late in the day (for example, evening), you may not be eligible for same-day delivery. If you wish to receive the products on the same day, we suggest ordering products at the beginning of the day.
